Do I need to carry my belongings myself if I don't book an extra helper?
No. Our driver will assist you throughout the entire moving process. If you choose not to book an extra helper, the move will be carried out by our driver and yourself. If you book an additional helper, two members of our team will assist with loading and unloading your belongings.
If my move takes 1 hour and 20 minutes, will I be charged for 2 hours?
No. The first hour is charged as the minimum service. After that, any additional time is calculated in 15-minute intervals, so you'll only pay for the extra time used.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. We believe in transparent pricing. Any additional costs, such as recycling centre fees, tolls or parking charges (where applicable), will always be discussed with you in advance.
Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
We can assist with basic dismantling and reassembly where possible. If you have large or complex furniture, please let us know when requesting your quotation so we can allocate enough time and the appropriate team.
Do you provide moving straps or trolleys?
Yes. All of our vans are equipped with straps, trolleys and the necessary equipment to help protect your belongings during transport.
Can I travel in the van during my move?
Yes. Our vans can accommodate the driver plus up to two passengers. If more people need transportation, please let us know in advance so we can discuss the best solution.
How is the moving cost calculated?
Our quotations are based on several factors, including:
- The size of the move.
- Collection and delivery addresses.
- Access conditions (stairs or lift).
- Estimated loading and unloading time.
- Whether an additional helper is required.
Do you offer same-day moving services?
Yes, subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, but we'll always do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
For same-day work, call or WhatsApp us directly - the online quote form asks for 24 hours' notice so we can allocate a van and crew.
What areas do you cover?
We provide moving services throughout Dublin and surrounding counties, and we also carry out long-distance moves across Ireland upon request.
How do I pay?
Payment is arranged directly with us once you've accepted the quote. There's no online payment or deposit taken through this website.
What are your hours?
We work 8AM–8PM, seven days a week. Messages sent outside those hours are picked up first thing.
